The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) has opened a high-end solar panel calibration facility in a massive push towards the solar manufacturing sector of India.
In the country with the developing market in solar energy, this new facility will be situated at CSIR-Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute (CEERI), Pilani, Rajasthan and will offer critical testing and certification of solar panels required in the country.
Solar panel calibration facility is an international calibration facility which will provide necessary calibration facility to enhance efficiency and reliability of solar panels. It will be crucial in ensuring that solar panels produced in India can be at par with the international standards, which will aid in the increase of production in the country and decrease its dependence on foreign products.
