KP Group and Fabtech Group signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to collaborate on global project development. As part of this partnership, all Fabtech projects will be powered by renewable energy provided by KP Group.
The collaboration aims to incorporate a mix of solar, wind, hybrid, battery energy storage, and green hydrogen solutions into Fabtech’s pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare operations. Both organizations will work together to design pilot initiatives and pursue large-scale commercial deployment of renewable energy infrastructure across various region.
The partnership aims to penetrate markets in India, the Middle East, and Africa, with an emphasis on the development of sustainable infrastructure. KP Group will provide clean energy for Fabtech’s traditional and stick-built projects globally, with the objective of minimizing carbon emissions within the life sciences industry.

Dr. Faruk Patel, the Founding Promoter of KP Group, remarked that the collaboration enhances the company’s sustainability objectives by integrating renewable energy capabilities with life sciences infrastructure.
Aasif Ahsan Khan, the Founding Promoter of Fabtech Group, expressed that the partnership would transform the construction of global life science facilities.
