Viviana Power Tech and Aarsh Transformers, a company of Viviana Power Tech, enjoyed a remarkable uptick in their equity values by 7.16% which brought their share prices to Rs. 1,705.
This positive market movement was triggered by Viviana Power Tech signing multiple memorandums of understanding (MoUs) with the Government of Gujarat on the opening day of the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference (VGRC) 2025.
The MoUs, aggregating Rs 2,448 crore, constitute a comprehensive and diverse range of activities and projects for the design, supply, and implementation of substations; power transmission and distribution; as well as establishment and modification works.
The agreements also include renewable energy projects, smart grid upgradation, and transformer manufacturing and supply. The worth of agreements entered into by Aarsh Transformers, in the form of transformer manufacturing and supply, is Rs 93 crore.
Most of these projects have a direct link to clean energy growth and energy infrastructure modernization of Gujarat. They are going to create a large number of both direct and indirect jobs for over 2,000 people across the state, which points out that the government is very much into sustainable growth and the training of human capital.
