Aerospace and defense manufacturing startup Jeh Aerospace on Thursday inaugurated its second production unit in Telangana and revealed intentions to invest $50 million (approximately Rs 445 crore) in the facility within the next 6-12 months.
The startup, supported by prominent investors like General Catalyst, Elevation Capital, and IndiGo Ventures, also reported that its existing orderbook has surpassed $150 million within only 18 months, highlighting robust global demand for its precision parts.
Occupying 2-lakh sq ft, the new plant, called Mach 2 located in Horizon Industrial Park near Hyderabad, will enhance production capabilities, boost automation, and improve digital supply-chain robustness for global clients.
The company announced that the newest manufacturing unit is anticipated to be functional next year.

Jeh Aerospace launched its inaugural manufacturing facility close to Hyderabad in January of the previous year, covering an area of 60,000 sq ft, with the potential to expand to 1.60 lakh sq ft.
"Our new facility in Hyderabad is being designed as a software-defined, AI-enhanced system capable of thinking, adapting, and executing with accuracy at scale." "It represents our conviction that the future of aerospace manufacturing exists at the crossroads of talent, technology, and transformation," stated Vishal Sanghavi, founder and CEO of Jeh Aerospace.
The firm stated that the new building nearly increases its current Hyderabad presence fourfold and raises its total space in the city to more than 250,000 sq ft.
