Premier Energies has commissioned its 5.6 GW solar module plant at Seetharampur, Telangana, with trial production already underway.
Spread across 75 acres, the new solar module plant is expected to generate around 2,000 jobs, boosting the local economy and strengthening India’s clean energy manufacturing ecosystem. With this addition, Premier Energies’ total solar module capacity rises to 11.1 GW, reinforcing its position as one of India’s largest solar manufacturers.
The facility features advanced automation and high-efficiency production lines capable of manufacturing four G12R TOPCon modules every 16 seconds. AI-powered fault detection systems identify and correct defects in real time, ensuring consistent quality, improved reliability, and enhanced performance. The combination of TOPCon technology with Zero Busbar architecture allows higher energy yield, reduced optical losses, and improved durability, catering to both domestic and global markets.
