Microsoft's Nadella Calls 2026 a Defining Year for AI Adoption

Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella has said that 2026 will mark a decisive phase for artificial intelligence, as the technology moves from experimentation to large-scale, practical deployment across industries. According to Nadella, the coming years will determine whether AI delivers sustained economic and social value beyond early excitement and rapid model development.

Nadella noted that the AI adoption cycle is shifting from a phase of discovery to one of diffusion.
