The Andhra Pradesh government has given its approval for Syrma Strategic Electronics Pvt. Ltd. (SSEPL) to invest ₹1,076 crore in the construction of a printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing facility at Menakuru village, close to Naidupeta, in the Tirupati district.
An official statement states that the SSEPL unit will be the first to be grounded under the recently introduced Electronics Components Manufacturing and Supply (ECMS) Policy (2025–30) and the largest PCB manufacturing facility in India.
The government is offering early-bird incentives to the SSEPL, including a 75% subsidised cost for 12.56 acres of land allocated by the A.P. Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC), pending clearance from the Ministry of Electronics and IT (MeitY).
This manufacturing unit will produce single, multilayer, HDI, and flexible PCB's. These are critical components used in consumer electronics, automotive, telecom, and renewable energy sectors. The unit is expected to help in reducing India's import decreasing patterns on PCBs, which is a critical gap in India's electronics value chain ecosystem.

The government has also approved two additional proposals from the Syrma Group. One of these is a Copper Clad Laminate (CCL) facility at Syrma Components Pvt. Ltd. valued at ₹417.78. This project is being given 10 acres of land at 75% subsidised at Menakuru village. The second project is an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) facility from Syrma SGS Technology Ltd. valued at ₹100 crore. This project is being given 4.14 acres by the APIIC under the A.P. Electronics Manufacturing Policy 4.0 (2024–29).
The State Investment Promotion Board (SIPB) has approved these projects based on the recommendations from the State Investment Promotion Committee and at its meeting on August 28.
