Wipro and Factory Collaborate to Enhance Software Development

Wipro Limited has entered into a strategic partnership with Factory, aiming to integrate the company’s autonomous software development capabilities into Wipro’s WEGA agent-native delivery platform. This collaboration will help accelerate enterprise software development, improving the speed, quality, and security of deliveries.

The integration of Factory’s advanced technology will be embedded within Wipro Intelligence, Wipro’s AI-powered suite of platforms, solutions, and transformation offerings. The partnership will enable Wipro’s engineers to create production-ready code more efficiently, which will significantly reduce innovation cycles for clients.

Wipro plans to deploy these Factory-enabled solutions across multiple sectors, including banking and financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and technology. Sandhya Arun, Chief Technology Officer at Wipro, highlighted that the collaboration represents a global shift toward adopting autonomous software development, moving from experimental phases to full-scale production.

According to Ali Wasti, Managing Partner at Wipro Ventures, the investment in Factory reflects the growing need for enterprises to innovate quickly while ensuring high standards of security and quality. Matan Grinberg, CEO of Factory, added that this partnership will combine Wipro’s global enterprise reach with Factory’s AI-powered platform to significantly improve software delivery performance.
