Socomec launches UPS and transfer switch to enhance power reliability for modern infrastructure in India. The company has launched the MASTERYS GP4 Uninterruptible Power Supply system and the ATyS a M Automatic Transfer Switch, both to serve organisations that need a constant and uninterrupted power supply.
The introduction is an indication that Socomec is still investing in technologies that enable businesses to stay in operation 24/7 in areas where power is an essential factor.
Industries like data centres, information technology amenities, health institutions, commercial premises and industrial processes are progressively depending on robust electrical infrastructure to secure equipment and continuation of operations.

The MASTERYS GP4 UPS is designed in such a way that it offers reliable backup power and stable power supply in the event of grid disturbances or outages. The system keeps the power flowing continuously to critical loads so that sensitive equipment and digital infrastructure are not affected in the event of unforeseen power outages.
The ATyS a M Automatic Transfer Switch can be used as a complement to the UPS solution allowing to switch between primary and backup sources of power. The switch provides a backup electrical supply in case of loss of power in the primary electrical supply, and whenever this happens, the switch switches the load to a backup power supply, and the operations can be operated automatically.
Meenu Singhal, Regional Managing Director of Socomec Innovative Power Solutions, commented that the new systems are a significant move towards enhancing the offer of the company in the Indian market. He remarked that organizations in the current time need reliable power infrastructure that will keep the organizations operational without necessarily halting important activities.
