Indian MSMEs are becoming a key growth market for enterprise technology providers, prompting Zebra Technologies to expand its partner ecosystem across the country.
The company announced the move during its India Partner Summit in Goa while marking the 10th anniversary of its PartnerConnect program.
With large enterprises already investing heavily in automation and connected operations, Zebra Technologies is now shifting its focus toward Indian MSMEs in manufacturing and retail that still depend on manual workflows and fragmented systems. The company believes smaller businesses are increasingly looking for affordable and scalable technologies to modernize operations.
As part of the expansion, Zebra will strengthen access to its Mid-Market program under PartnerConnect, enabling channel partners to deliver solutions designed specifically for MSMEs. The strategy is aimed at helping businesses improve operational efficiency without going through slow and expensive traditional transformation processes.

The company plans to support MSMEs with technologies focused on asset tracking, workflow digitization, intelligent automation, and real-time operational visibility. These solutions are expected to help businesses improve inventory management, streamline frontline operations, and enhance supply chain efficiency.
Subramaniam Thiruppathi, Director, Channel Sales, India and Sub-Continent, Zebra Technologies, said, “India’s MSMEs are at a critical stage of digital transformation, but many still lack access to scalable and future-ready technologies. By expanding our partner ecosystem, we are empowering businesses with intelligent automation and real-time visibility solutions that can help improve efficiency and competitiveness.”
India has more than 70 million MSMEs, making the segment one of the largest untapped opportunities for enterprise technology companies. Zebra Technologies believes growing digital adoption across manufacturing and retail will continue driving demand for connected and automated systems among smaller businesses in the coming years.
