In the U.S., the government agencies and distributors play a major role in the housing and water development programs. Unlike in India where five-year plans are common, both U.S. cities and counties plan on a twenty-year development plan. Blessed with ample room for land and clear long-term strategy, more projects are continually rolling-out. This structured way enables the company to serve the market better than their competitors.

Furthermore, the parent company has been the leading importer in this category for the last four decades supplying to the U.S. and Canada. The import operations, which are supported by 40 years of market history currently, meet 45 percent market demand by standalone production.

The company emphasizes quality, producing waterline products with an 80–100 year lifespan to avoid costly failures. Automation and robotics drive efficiency and reduce lead times. In the waterworks, renewable, and agriculture sectors, the R&D team rigorously designs, tests, and approves all prototypes. Safety is a top priority, with a dedicated manager, annual training, mock drills, and strict PPE protocols to maintain a zero-incident work environment.

What began as a ₹100 crore group just five years ago has now grown into a ₹1000 crore enterprise.
