JR Casting has a vertically integrated facility and a comprehensive production setup that spans the entire casting value chain.
The foundry handles Grey Cast Iron, SG Iron (Ductile Iron), and Alloy Steel, utilizing Shell Molding, No-Bake, and Dry Sand Molding processes. The plant’s infrastructure supports casting weights ranging from 5 kg (shell-moulded parts) to 55,000 kg (dry sand-moulded assemblies).
With in-house capabilities like induction melting, heat treatment (annealing, tempering, normalizing), CNC and conventional machining, and non-destructive testing (UT, MPI, LPT), the facility ensures product consistency at every stage. Complemented by a 3D pattern design department, casting simulation software, and full chemical and mechanical testing laboratories, it offers end-to-end support, from prototyping to scaled production.
