Vikram Solar has secured a 378.75 MW module order for a major Gujarat solar project, strengthening its position in India’s fast-growing renewable energy sector.
The order is part of a 600 MW solar park being developed in Nakhatrana, Kutch district, by Indian Oil NTPC Green Energy Pvt Ltd, a joint venture between Indian Oil Corporation Ltd and NTPC Green Energy Ltd.
The company will supply high-efficiency solar modules for the project, marking a significant milestone in its utility-scale portfolio. The modules will be built using advanced N-Type TOPCon technology, designed to improve energy output and long-term performance in large-scale installations. Deliveries are scheduled to begin in fiscal year 2026.

This 378.75 MW module order highlights Vikram Solar’s expanding footprint in large public-sector renewable projects. Gujarat continues to attract major clean energy investments due to its strong infrastructure and high solar potential, making it a key state in India’s energy transition plans.
The project is expected to support India’s broader push toward increasing non-fossil fuel capacity and reducing carbon emissions. With this win, Vikram Solar reinforces its role as a reliable supplier for government-backed renewable ventures and strengthens its contribution to the country’s growing solar manufacturing ecosystem.
As India accelerates solar deployment across states, large contracts like this signal steady demand for domestically produced high-efficiency modules.
