The UHP ISO tank is built to withstand high pressure and was designed and engineered for the safe and efficient transport of ultra-high-purity ammonia. One key aspect is the high precision internal finish with surface roughness below 0.3 RA, and orbital-welded joints on all piping components, enabling superior product purity. The tank also has polished stainless steel cladding, rock wool insulation for excellent thermal and acoustic performance, and a spring actuated emergency shut-off valve system for optimum safety.
Deepak Acharya, CEO of INOX India Limited, shared, “This pioneering product underscores our commitment to innovation and engineering excellence. By launching India’s first UHP ammonia ISO tank container with world-class specifications, we are not only creating a product but also supporting a global ecosystem that will enhance semiconductor and solar panel manufacturing. Our solution also reduces dependence on imports for critical industrial equipment and strengthens the global supply chain for UHP gases.”
