Fusion Electronics is acknowledged as the largest manufacturer of flex PCBs in India, with an annual installed capacity of 200,000 square meters and a revenue potential of approximately ₹200 crore at full capacity.
Established in 1994, Fusion Electronics exhibits strong profitability potential, with EBITDA margins exceeding 20%. Its manufacturing capabilities encompass flex roll-to-roll, rigid panel, and flex panel processing, serving prestigious clients in the luxury automotive, industrial, and electronics sectors worldwide.

This acquisition strategically positions Concord Control Systems to penetrate the specialized and high-value flex printed circuit boards (PCB) manufacturing segment, which currently faces limited competition yet has significant import dependency in India.
This initiative capitalizes on Concord’s core competencies in engineering precision and manufacturing excellence, focusing on high-margin, import-substitution products.
