Ltd. in 1993 as it evolved with changing industry dynamics. In 2008, he laid the foundation of Reshmika Minerals & Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. (RMCPL).
Now entering his 80s, he continues to demonstrate remarkable vigor in the fields of innovation and technology. He is currently spearheading the establishment of a new plant, which will serve as a backward integration initiative for RMCPL. He has been actively engaged in the Research and Development sector for several years.
His visionary leadership has propelled the Vansum Group of companies to great heights, marked by its recent Golden Jubilee celebration. His belief that ‘All dreams come true if one has the courage to pursue them’ serves as an inspiration to everyone at RMCPL. At the helm of RMCPL’s growth and strategic direction is his daughter Reshma Vanarse Chainani. As the CEO of the Vansum Group, she has been instrumental in shaping the company’s future. She holds a degree in Polymer Engineering and a Diploma in Business Finance. Her diverse experience, including her tenure in SME and Private Banking with Citibank, BNP Paribas and ANZ Grindlays, allows her to bring a fresh perspective to the company's operations. Under her leadership, RMCPL has evolved into a sustainable and globally competitive player in the chemical industry.
Under the supervision of visionary leaders like Indranil Date, Director at RMCPL Supply Chain Management, Ganeshprasanna Dhopate, Technical Director at RMCPL, Mukesh Mehta, Factory Manager at RMCPL, the company has become a name synonymous with quality.
