Procter & Gamble Health Limited has publicly declared that its Human Resources department will undergo a leadership change that will take effect on October 1, 2025.
Singh Anit, currently holding the Human Resource Leader post in the Company, will resign from his position on September 30, 2025, as he makes a move to a regional leadership position at Procter & Gamble. He got an appointment as Director – Human Resources for SK-II, located in Tokyo, Japan.
The new Human Resource Leader of Procter & Gamble Health, Sanika Gokhale, has been given the responsibility to replace him. Gokhale brings in a total of ten years of diverse human resource management experience, of which seven years have been with the P&G group, during which she has worked in multiple functions and locations.

She completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Xavier School of Management (XLRI), Jamshedpur (2015) and has a Bachelor of Mass Media from Mumbai University. Over the years, Ms. Gokhale has been entrusted with various crucial assignments within P&G. Such as she was a Site Human Resource Leader at P&G Grooming in Baddi, she was handling Human Resources Operations, was business partnering with the Category teams in India, and was most recently the leader of the India Talent Practice and Equality & Inclusion (E&I) initiatives across the region.
The company is sure that her long journey and successful leadership in the P&G ecosystem will be instrumental in mobilizing the organization people exploring and culture strategy to India thereby increasing the pace of its growth.
