Karnataka’s industrial map is set for a major expansion. The state has cleared 83 new projects worth around INR 6,253 crore.
The approvals cover aerospace and defense, food processing, IT services, industrial parks, sugar and ethanol, and renewable energy.
The projects could strengthen industrial development across Karnataka. They also support the state’s push to attract investments beyond Bengaluru. Of the 83 approved projects, 69 are planned outside Bengaluru.

Several large investments stand out from the latest approvals. Jaswin Ventures will invest INR 475 crore in an integrated industrial park and mixed-use township in Doddaballapura. Jampana Construction has received approval for a INR 465 crore integrated industrial park. The project will include warehousing, logistics, residential and commercial facilities.
In Vijayapura, Shrishail Mallikarjun Distillery plans to invest INR 453 crore in a sugar and ethanol facility. The aerospace and defense sector will also receive a major investment. Axiscades Aerospace Infrastructure has received approval for a INR 426 crore aerospace and defense MRO and manufacturing cluster in Devanahalli.
Meanwhile, EID Parry India will invest INR 397 crore in a jaggery manufacturing facility in Bagalkote. These projects show the range of industries covered by the latest approvals. They include both established manufacturing sectors and newer growth areas.
