Data center demand is accelerating in India as artificial intelligence expands the need for digital infrastructure.
Aurionpro Solutions has secured an order worth nearly 100 crore from a global hyperscale data center operator to build digital infrastructure.
The contract strengthens the company’s relationship with a hyperscale customer and adds momentum to Navi Mumbai’s role in India’s data center ecosystem.
Aurionpro will combine engineering, construction and technology capabilities for the project. The order also highlights how AI workloads are pushing operators toward scalable, future-ready facilities across India’s expanding digital infrastructure market.
Aurionpro Solutions has won an order worth approximately Rs 100 crore from a leading global hyperscale data centre operator. The company will build and project-manage digital infrastructure for a new AI-ready data center in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. The project strengthens Aurionpro’s position in the rapidly expanding AI infrastructure market.
The contract also deepens an existing partnership between Aurionpro and the hyperscale operator. The customer’s continued engagement reflects confidence in Aurionpro’s technology capabilities and project execution. The company will use its integrated approach to address the infrastructure requirements of facilities designed for increasingly demanding AI workloads.

The Navi Mumbai project arrives as India expands its digital infrastructure to support cloud computing, artificial intelligence and hyperscale workloads. India’s installed data center capacity reached around 1.5 GW in 2025, with industry estimates projecting capacity to reach 2 GW by the end of 2026.
Mumbai already holds a leading position in the national data center market. A CBRE-referenced figure cited by Aurionpro puts Mumbai’s share at 53 per cent of India’s total operational data center capacity. This concentration gives the wider Mumbai region a strong foundation for additional AI-ready infrastructure.
AI applications require data centers that can support higher computing density and more demanding infrastructure requirements. Aurionpro’s latest project addresses this shift through an AI-ready design and an integrated delivery model.
The company combines mechanical, architectural, structural and fit-out capabilities with advanced technology to develop scalable infrastructure. This approach allows Aurionpro to manage several critical elements of complex data center projects through an integrated execution model.
Bhaskar Bhattacharya, EVP and Head of Enterprise Business at Aurionpro Solutions, said the order marks an important milestone in the company’s effort to establish it as a trusted partner for complex, AI-ready data center builds and implementations. He also pointed to a strong pipeline driven by demand for data center capacity and AI-ready infrastructure.
The latest contract builds on Aurionpro’s growing data center business. Earlier in 2026, the company secured a nearly Rs 350 crore multi-year mandate from a leading hyperscale operator to develop an AI-ready green data center in India. That project marked Aurionpro’s first AI-ready data center projects and covers design, detailed engineering and end-to-end mechanical, electrical and plumbing execution.
Aurionpro has also secured projects involving brownfield data center facilities in Mumbai, including engineering, construction, testing and commissioning within live operational campuses. These wins demonstrate the company’s expanding role across the data center infrastructure value chain.
The nearly Rs 100 crore Navi Mumbai order adds to the momentum behind India’s data center expansion. As hyperscalers increase capacity and AI workloads grow, demand for specialized infrastructure should create opportunities for companies with engineering, construction and project-management capabilities. Aurionpro’s expanding order pipeline places it within this emerging AI infrastructure opportunity while Navi Mumbai strengthens its position in India’s data center ecosystem.
