Larsen & Toubro (L&T) said its Buildings & Factories (B&F) business segment has won substantial orders domestically and abroad, along with an aggregated value in the range of ₹2,500 crore to ₹5,000 crore, depending on the company's project categorization parameters.
L&T has won significant orders in Amaravati from the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) in India. The project involves the design and construction of the Integrated Andhra Pradesh State Secretariat and Head of Departments (HoD) Offices Towers 3 and 4, configuration of basement plus ground, 39 floors. There shall be independent amenities for building projects.
Apart from this, L&T will also construct 21 residential towers in Amaravati. It includes RCC shell and core structure, architectural finishes, electrical and plumbing work, fire safety system, lifts, HVAC, DG sets, internal roads, and landscaping—providing a complete turnkey housing solution.

In the private sector, the company secured a contract with a big real estate developer in Mumbai for building two high-rise luxury residential towers. The 1B+1G+5P+59 floors configuration towers with a height of 200 meters will feature RCC shell and core works.
Internationally, L&T Oman’s operation, Buildings and Factories business, has won a repeat order from a high-end customer for a luxury office complex in Muscat. The project involves three similar G+8 towers over a two-level basement and a central landscaped plaza, including civil, MEP, architecture, and finish works.
Such wins provide further momentum to L&T's leadership in large and complex infrastructure and real estate projects globally.
