Black Box Partners with Wind River to Drive Smart Cloud Solutions

Black Box, a top provider of digital infrastructure solutions with the Essar group, announced a global strategic partnership with Wind River, an Aptiv company and world leader in intelligent edge software.

The partnership will focus on delivering next-gen edge and cloud solutions across industries around the world, while advancing Black Box’s position in emerging digital markets.  Under the agreement, Black Box has secured preferred status for delivering Wind River solutions throughout India and the Middle East, reinforcing its leadership in these fast-moving growth areas.

In addition, Wind River has also engaged Black Box, under a separate agreement, to manage global customer engagements, which will expand the reach and impact of this partnership. The strategic collaboration is expected to yield approximately ₹1,350 crore in global revenue over the next five years.

The partnership focuses on integrated intelligent edge and cloud-native infrastructure, secure and scalable private cloud deployments, AI-driven workloads, enterprise-grade Linux, and automation with centralized orchestration—key enablers for the next wave of digital transformation.
