Shri Keshav Cement & Infra Limited (BSE: 530977), a cement producer and solar power generator located in Karnataka, has reported the successful completion of its extensive capacity expansion, increasing its total cement production capacity to 1 million tonnes annually. Commercial activities at the enhanced facility began on 29 November 2025.

Founded in 1993 as Katwa Udyog Limited, Shri Keshav Cement & Infra Limited functions in two main areas: cement production and solar energy generation. The cement factories are situated in Karnataka's Bagalkot district, and the solar energy facility is located in Koppal. The firm manufactures 43-grade and 53-grade Ordinary Portland Cement and sells it under well-known local brands like Jyoti Power, Jyoti Gold, and Keshav Cement, with the latter being its high-end product.
