The agreement, signed on May 1, 2026, sets the foundation for both companies to work together across engineering, manufacturing, and technical expertise. At its core, the partnership is about combining strengths—Highness brings cost-effective, large-scale production capabilities, while Axiom contributes advanced design and high-end PCB manufacturing expertise.

Through this collaboration, the companies plan to improve how electronic products are designed, developed, and produced. They will explore joint work in advanced electronics architecture, design processes, and engineering execution. This is expected to help both sides deliver better quality products while speeding up innovation.
