
Concord Control Systems has secured a major Indian Railways order worth Rs 84.68 crore through its wholly owned subsidiary, Advanced Rail Controls, marking a significant boost to its growing railway solutions business.
The Concord Control Systems’ Indian Railways order covers the supply, installation, and commissioning of a loco wireless control system. As per the company’s exchange filing, the project will be completed within 18 months. The company also confirmed that the deal is not a related-party transaction and that its promoters have no interest in the awarding authority.
This order strengthens Concord’s position in India’s fast-evolving rail infrastructure space. Known for its embedded electronics and critical systems, the company is an RDSO-approved OEM delivering advanced electrical and electronic solutions tailored for next-generation railway networks.

Financially, the company has shown strong momentum. On a consolidated basis, net profit jumped 93.48 percent to Rs 16.02 crore in H1 FY26, compared to the same period last year. Revenue also surged 63.92 percent to Rs 81.55 crore, reflecting solid demand and execution strength.
Despite the positive development, shares of Concord Control Systems slipped 1.46 percent to close at Rs 1,942.80 on the BSE.
