Its use of Renishaw probes for in-process inspection allows automatic compensation for tool wear and thermal expansion, ensuring tighter tolerances and greater consistency in critical railway components. “We are going to establish one of the biggest CNC shops in Eastern India and the only one where end-to-end processing: from casting to fettling to machining happens under a single roof. We have installed one of the largest CMM machines in Eastern India and continue to add machines to our CNC shop”, finally states Aman Sinha.
