Waaree Energies Limited is a company that has made public its ambitions for upscaling through a series of sizeable solar module orders with clients at home and abroad, echoing its status as a leader in the clean energy sector.
The company is reported in a filing with the regulator to have clinched deals on October 24 to provide 220 MW, 210 MW, and 140 MW solar modules to three widely known Indian companies engaged in the development and operation of renewable power. These purchases are the proof of Waaree's deep penetration in the Indian solar market, which is increasing at a rapid pace.
In a similar manner, an entirely owned subsidiary in the U.S., Waaree Solar Americas, has secured a 122 MW solar module order from a frontline developer and operator of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects in the United States. This overseas agreement is an indication of Waaree's outreach beyond the border and its capability to serve large-scale projects in other markets than India.

The company explained in its disclosure that they are not transactions among related parties, and no promoter group entities have any interests in the awarding companies. All modules will be delivered under regular commercial terms, and no special conditions have been disclosed.
With these fresh orders, the company, Waaree Energies, not only reaffirms her pivotal role in the sun-power market but also enhances the reliability of the global renewable energy transition by putting forward the high-grade and performance-efficient modules that are needed.
