BMW Ventures announced it has received an order of Rs 5.11 crore for the supply of pre-fabricated built-up sections and accessories for Kolkata Airport under its PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) manufacturing division.
The firm reported that it cannot reveal the name of the client owing to confidentiality arrangements. According to the terms of the contract, 15% of the order value must be pre-paid while the remaining should be paid on a pro-rata basis. The project will be completed within 60 days after purchasing the order.
BMW Ventures made it clear that neither its promoters nor the other promoter group members have any stakes in the awarding authority and also the transaction is not a related-party transaction according to relevant regulations.

BMW Ventures is involved in trading and distribution of steel products, trading and distribution of tractor engines and spares, production of PVC pipes, roll forming, pre-engineered buildings (PEB), and steel girders. It enjoys a massive network in Bihar, and steel products are traded through 1,299 dealers in 29 districts as of 31 March 2025.
The business of steel distribution is its core activity, and that contributes more than 98% of revenues, and other businesses such as tractor engines, PVC pipes, PEB, and steel girders contribute minimal quantities. The company registered a consolidated net profit of Rs 32.82 crore and total income of Rs 2,062.04 crore as of 31 March 2025.
