
ZEN Technologies revealed that it has secured an order valued at around Rs 108 crore from the Ministry of Defence for the delivery of simulators. According to the company's exchange filing, the order is expected to be completed within a year.
The company further stated that neither its promoters nor members of the promoter group hold any stake in the awarding authority, adding that the transaction does not qualify as a related-party transaction under regulatory standards. Zen Technologies offers defence training and anti-drone capabilities. It develops training systems for providing defence education and assessing the combat readiness of security personnel.

With a dedicated R&D unit (recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India) and a manufacturing facility in Hyderabad, the company has filed over 180 patents and delivered more than 1,000 training systems globally.
On a consolidated basis, the company reported a net profit of Rs 59.4 crore in Q2 FY26, a decrease of 5.2% compared to Rs 62.7 crore in Q2 FY25, but an increase of 24.4% from Rs 47.8 crore in Q1 FY26.
Total revenue stood at Rs 198.9 crore, down 20.6% year-on-year from Rs 250.3 crore in the previous year, but up 10.5% quarter-on-quarter from Rs 180 crore in Q1 FY26. The index increased by 0.69% to Rs 1,392 on the BSE.
