The firm initially explored green hydrogen projects but pivoted them to Compressed Biogas (CBG) due to feasibility challenges, and currently, the company uses Anaerobic digestion in CSTR (Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor) for generation of raw biogas. For purification of the raw biogas, the firm uses PSA (Pressure swing adsorption) system. Overcoming hurdles like conservative bank funding and a lack of local industrial CBG plants, the company successfully commissioned its plant in August 2024. Since then, production has steadily grown to 1,800 kg/day, intending to reach 3,000 kg/day. Looking ahead, Vindhya Green Energy Solutions is expanding into organic fertilizers, with five to seven products expected to launch within the next six months.
