“We design components that simplify routing and reduce assembly time. By using our products, clients can reduce component count, assembly steps, and warranty risk, especially in dense harness layouts. Our cable ties and clips are built to perform under stress, vibration, and extreme temperatures”, says Vaibhav Banka, Director, Novoflex.
The IATF 16949:2016 certified company implements robust control measures at every stage, from raw material inspection to final packaging, aligned with defined quality checks. It also maintains in-house testing capabilities for tensile strength, thermal aging, flammability (UL94), and UV resistance. Packaging is given equal importance, and products are shipped in durable corrugated cartons with polybag liners and printed batch tags for traceability. Strict count accuracy, damage prevention, and barcoding protocols are followed, with all exports compliant with RoHS requirements.
