TCS and Qualcomm Team Up for New Innovation Lab in Bengaluru

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has partnered with Qualcomm to launch the TCS Innovation Lab in Bengaluru, a cutting-edge facility focused on developing smart, sustainable technology solutions. The lab will specialize in Edge AI and Software Defined Everything (SDx), helping industries make their systems more efficient and adaptable through software-driven innovation. 

Situated in Bengaluru, India’s hub for startups and tech innovation, the lab is part of TCS’s Bringing Life to Things Network, a space dedicated to Internet of Things (IoT) development. With 5G private network infrastructure and advanced tools, the lab is built for fast prototyping, testing, and rolling out large-scale Edge AI solutions. It will cater to industries like healthcare, security, manufacturing, and smart infrastructure, which need flexible, real-time IoT solutions. 

The collaboration will use Qualcomm’s technology platforms to create affordable, tailored solutions that can be deployed directly on smart devices. These solutions will process data on-site, speeding up operations and improving efficiency for large businesses.
