Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy (SWREL) has entered into a five-year Strategic Partnership Framework Agreement with Adani Green Energy valued at Rs 1,381 crore. The contract features SWREL’s initial purchase order within the partnership, signifying one of the firm’s most significant domestic EPC achievements this fiscal year.

The order includes a Balance of System (BOS) package for three solar energy projects at the Khavda Renewable Energy Park located in Gujarat. The package comprises delivery of products and on-location services.
The contract involves SWREL’s initial purchase order under the collaboration, signifying one of the firm’s biggest domestic EPC successes this fiscal year.
Following the recent victory, SWREL's total order inflows for the ongoing fiscal year have surpassed Rs 6,450 crore, Thakur mentioned, highlighting that the company’s pipeline is still strong.
SWREL is currently implementing nearly 6 GW of projects in the Khavda area, with about 5 GW expected to finish in this fiscal year. The updated agreement contributes an additional 1 GW of capacity to its current portfolio.
