HEAPRO, a prominent Indian manufacturer of industrial personal protective equipment (PPE), has announced a strategic alliance with Stockholm-based Twiceme Technology, a global pioneer in digital safety innovations.
Through this collaboration, HEAPRO is introducing Twiceme-enabled smart helmets on the Indian market, setting a new benchmark for worker protection and digital safety compliance across sectors such as construction, telecommunications, manufacturing, and renewable energy.
This initiative coincides with HEAPRO’s recent membership in the Sweden-India Business Council (SIBC), underscoring its dedication to integrating advanced digital technologies into industrial safety solutions.

The new helmets feature Twiceme’s embedded technology, which connects seamlessly to the Twiceme Safety Management Portal (SMP). This centralized digital platform empowers organizations to manage PPE inventories, schedule inspections, verify user certifications, and maintain fitness and compliance records.
It also provides real-time insights into equipment condition, inspection history, user identity, and essential medical data enabling quicker emergency responses and streamlined regulatory audits.
The system’s ability to deliver instant access to critical safety information helps minimize response times during incidents while simplifying audit and compliance processes.
Industry forecasts indicate that India’s construction safety equipment market, valued at USD 858.4 million in 2024, is projected to reach USD 1.51 billion by 2033, growing at a CAGR of 6.6%.
Meanwhile, the Asia-Pacific region’s PPE demand in the construction sector is anticipated to grow at an annual rate of approximately 10.4% between 2025 and 2030, fueled by stricter safety standards and rising industrial awareness.
