Bharat Forge Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Germany-based Agile Robots SE to explore a strategic partnership focused on AI-enabled robotics and advanced industrial automation for civilian manufacturing.
The collaboration combines Bharat Forge’s manufacturing expertise with Agile Robots’ intelligent robotics capabilities to deliver next-generation solutions for automotive, healthcare, consumer electronics, logistics, and industrial consumer goods.
Under the MoU, the companies will jointly develop customized automation solutions and build local capabilities to serve manufacturing, industrial CPG, and logistics sectors. The partnership will also focus on adapting Agile Robots’ automation platforms for customers in India and Southeast Asia, while working toward advanced vision- and AI-driven robotics systems that support highly automated and “dark” factory operations.
