A Noteworthy Journey
Founded in 2015, Kaizen Steel Building Solutions set out to strengthen India’s infrastructure through innovative Pre- Engineered Building (PEB) solutions, with a focus on engineering excellence, quality, and customer satisfaction. A major milestone came in 2022 with the launch of a 250,000 sq. ft. automated facility in Sonepat, Haryana, increasing annual capacity to 24,000 MT and marking a significant scale-up.
In 2017, IIT-Kanpur alumnus Shivank Garg joined to lead operations, followed by Shivam S. Garg in 2018, who improved production systems and reinforced the company’s technical base. Kaizen Smartbuild began with a 40,000 sq. ft. plant in Mundka, Delhi, producing 4,000 MT annually. By 2019, a second facility was added to meet growing demand, boosting capacity to 6,000 MT.
