Standing a Class Apart

In light of this, it has a stringent quality control process in place wherein every raw material that is procured first undergoes inspection for any imperfections through UT Testing and dimension testing. Once the components are machined and pass the dimension testing, they are assembled into the hydraulic cylinder. The cylinder is then tested for its pressure and load withstanding capability, meaning if the cylinder is to be operated at 100 BAR pressure, it is tested in-house at 150 BAR for continuous 30 minutes to ensure downtime at plants due to machine failure.
Dynamic Hydrofab’s primary focus has always been on developing long-term relationships with its clients rather than being a mere one-time provider. To ensure continued customer support, the company makes sure to respond to any customer complaint verbally within four hours, many a times providing a solution as well within such short time frame. Taking this a notch higher, it also visits the client’s site within two business days to inspect the problem irrespective of their location. Journey So Far, and Beyond

Reminiscing a case that depicts Dynamic Hydrofab’s customer-centricity and service efficiency, Pargat says, “The pneumatic cylinder of a steel plant in Odisha was losing its structural integrity and failing within 3-4 months due to the corrosive environment it was being used in, with acids constantly falling on top of it. To tackle this, we manufactured a new cylinder using stainless steel but with the same dimensions as the old one which was being imported from China. As a result, the cylinder life has been extended to 18 months now, but we were also able to cut-down the cost of their cylinder by up to 33 percent!”.
Currently manufacturing cylinders that are 10 meters long and 500mm bore Dia, the company aspires extending its manufacturing capabilities to produce 20 meters long cylinders and 2m bore Dia size of Hydraulic Cylinders in the next 6-7 years. Further, it is also looking forward to integrating AI into its product design process to develop machinery that are smarter and more efficient.
