Minimal Scaling Risk
Condensers work with elevated temperatures that trigger a higher risk for scaling. The BAC Condensers (coil on fill technology) are designed to work with a higher spray water flow in a parallel configuration with the air which allows for optimum coil wetting. This technology stimulates sensitive cooling as much as possible with the largest portion of evaporation happening over the fill, minimizing the scaling risk of the coil! In case of a conventional coil only product, it is a closed box with full evaporation over the coil only; the coil is not visible and accordingly it is difficult to notice any scale formation; the installation risks to suffer from increased compressor pressure lift and will consume more energy. This can go unnoticed till the compressor trips on elevated pressure and without knowing, the customer may have consumed elevated power levels for months and years. However, Scaling Tendency of BAC Coil is more than 80% less in (Coil + Fill) product compared to any conventional Coil only product.

The fans considered in CXVB / FXV are small fans, easy to install & maintain, with lower noise levels, lower manpower cost and it offers a great deal of redundancy in case of a fan failure. Compared to most solutions available in the industry with 1 larger fan only a fan failure will cause a full 100% loss of condenser capacity. Moreover, a multiple fan drive system offers an easy way to control the airflow and modulate the unit capacity without the need for any additional VFD controls.
