Realty company M3M India announced its plan to invest ₹7,200 crore in the development of a 150-acre integrated township in Gurugram as part of its growth strategy.
In a press release, the firm revealed the launch of its Gurgaon International City (GIC) township initiative, which is anticipated to yield a topline revenue of approximately ₹12,000 crore.
This announcement signifies M3M’s foray into the integrated township sector, following its recent partnerships in high-end office spaces, commercial projects, and luxury housing developments with Trump Towers and Jacob & Co.

Although the current project area is 150 acres, the developer has indicated that future expansions could increase the total area to 200 acres. The initial phase of the project, covering 50 acres and already approved by RERA, will consist of 300 plots. The completion of Phase-1 is projected for March 2027, while the entire project is expected to be finalized by 2029.
Situated along the Dwarka Expressway Link Road, the project will incorporate upscale residential areas, data centers, innovation parks, electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, and retail spaces. “Planned as a low-emission, clean-industry hub, the project will also host non-polluting industrial units, advanced manufacturing facilities, and technology-driven businesses,” the company said.
The goal, according to M3M India promoter Pankaj Bansal, is to draw in multinational companies that stand for innovation and responsible growth, like Google, Apple, Microsoft, and Tesla.
