Yuma Energy and e-Sprinto have entered into a strategic alliance to enhance the pace of the usage of electric vehicles (EVs) in India along the new initiative of swappable batteries.
By offering an easy and convenient means of recharging the electric two-wheelers, this partnership will help address a major obstacle to the proliferation of EVs, namely range anxiety.
This partnership will see the high-tech battery technology of Yuma Energy combined with the e-Sprinto electric scooters. This will allow users to replace drained batteries with full charged ones in special stations, saving them the hassle of taking a long time to charge the batteries. This is a convenient and sustainable solution that will enable EVs to be more viable to daily commuters especially in cities where time and space are very minimal.

Ravindra Puri, CEO of e-Sprinto, highlighted the importance of this partnership, stating, “Our focus is on offering consumers a seamless and affordable electric mobility experience. This collaboration is a major step toward sustainable urban transportation in India.”
“By combining e-Sprinto’s reliable vehicles with Yuma’s widespread swapping network, we are removing cost and convenience barriers for fleets and enabling businesses to electrify faster than ever before,” said Deepak Nanwani, Head of Revenue and Operations, Yuma Energy.
With the Indian government pushing towards more sustainable mobility solutions, and an all-electric two-wheeler fleet that is hoped to be reached in the next few decades, efforts like this one will be essential in that respect. The partnership between Yuma Energy and e-Sprinto will help to form the future of the urban mobility in India, as it will offer a sustainable alternative to the conventional cars that use fuel.
