Paras Defence and Space Technologies experienced an increase of 1.43%, reaching Rs 718.20, following the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Cielo Inertial Solutions (CIELO), based in Israel.
As part of the MoU, Paras Defence and CIELO will leverage their respective strengths to explore and pursue opportunities within India for the adaptation, marketing, sale, and production of inertial sensors and closed-loop FOG-based inertial solutions.

The company has reported a 1.1% increase in consolidated net profit, amounting to Rs 14.27 crore, alongside an 11.5% rise in net sales to Rs 93.19 crore for Q1 FY26, compared to Q1 FY25.
