Paras Defence and Space Technologies Ltd. (PDST) has conveyed that its subsidiary, Paras Anti-Drone Technologies Pvt. Ltd., has acquired a large order from the Ministry of Defence (MoD), Government of India.
The contract, worth about Rs 46.19 crore (including GST), is for the provision of high-tech Anti-Drone Systems such as drone jammers, together with other necessary equipment, to enable India to defend itself against the rapidly evolving aerial threat landscape.
The order is expected to be carried out by March 2026. A domestic entity, the Ministry of Defence, has issued the award, thereby ensuring a transaction that is at arm’s length with no promoters or related parties intervening.
Paras Defence and Space Technologies Limited (PDST) have reported a 1.1% rise in its consolidated net profit year-on-year to Rs 14.27 crore in Q1 FY26. The company's performance was supported by an uptick in net sales of 11.5% to Rs 93.19 crore for the same period of the previous fiscal year.

PDST leads the way in the design, development, manufacture, and testing of the defense and space engineering products and solutions of diverse nature. The company's portfolio includes four main divisions: the most cutting-edge optics for defense and space, defense electronics, heavy engineering, and solutions for protection against electromagnetic pulses.
The new order highlights the growing importance of Paras Anti-Drone Technologies in the counter-unmanned aerial vehicle (C-UAV) field, as the increasing demand for advanced defense solutions to secure national safety is being reflected.
