Pace Digitek climbed 1.07% to ₹219.13 after its key subsidiary, Lineage Power, secured a significant product supply contract from Larsen & Toubro (Construction) for the Bihar State Power Generation Company’s Kajra project.
Under the agreement, Lineage Power will deliver Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), featuring liquid-cooled LiFePo4 integrated containers, totaling 2,75,825 kWh across 55 units. The contract is worth ₹1,994.20 million (₹199.42 crore) and will move into execution once manufacturing clearance is granted by December 2025, with full delivery targeted before March 2026.

Pace Digitek clarified that neither its promoters nor the promoter group have any stake in L&T, confirming that the transaction is not a related-party deal. This order enhances Pace Digitek’s footprint in the renewable and energy-storage domain, reinforcing its role in supporting major power-sector initiatives in India.
The company primarily engaged in telecom infrastructure solutions such as towers and optical fibre systems, reported a 32.7% drop in consolidated net profit to ₹64.08 crore, alongside a 37% fall in operating revenue to ₹533.45 crore in Q2 FY26 versus Q2 FY25.
