NBCC (India) gained fresh momentum today after the company secured a major project management consultancy contract valued at ₹2,966.10 crore for Phase 1 of the Naveen Nagpur development under the Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority (NMRDA).
The company said the order, billed at ₹2,966.10 crore before GST, has been granted by NMRDA as part of its routine business activities.
The mandate covers full PMC services for building out Naveen Nagpur, a project seen as crucial for strengthening the region’s infrastructure push. NBCC noted that the award comes from a domestic authority, carries no related-party links, and involves no stake from promoters or promoter group companies.
