Bitumen Solutions
Art Infrastructure offers a comprehensive range of bitumen products, catering to modern road construction needs.
The company supplies all grades of modified bitumen, which serve as key ingredients for bituminous concrete, the top layer of roads. Their portfolio includes Crumb Rubber Modified Bitumen (CRMB) and Polymer Modified Bitumen (PMB).
CRMB is made from shredded used tires, transforming environmentally hazardous waste into a sustainable, eco-friendly product showcasing its emphasis on sustainability. Additionally, it extends road lifespan and is cost-effective for India. PMB, produced using polymers, enhances elasticity and durability but is comparatively more expensive. Art Infrastructure primarily focuses on CRMB, while the same plants can manufacture PMB with minor adjustments to meet project requirements.
Furthermore, the company also produces a variety of other bitumen grades, including VG paving grade bitumen, penetration grade bitumen, bitumen emulsions (cationic RS1, SS1, SS2 and micro-surfacing emulsions), hot mix and cold mix bitumen, as well as oxidized and asphalt bitumen for specialized applications like waterproofing and industrial use.
