Varroc Engineering has won a significant milestone in the EV market by a new deal to manufacture High Voltage electronics to one of the most popular electric vehicle OEMs.
The new contract is another step in the electric mobility of Varroc, which is the company becoming more active in providing the best of technology for manufactures around the globe.
The agreement includes an entire package of e-powertrain high performance components. Varroc will supply High Voltage electronics in the form of inverters, power electronics units, onboard chargers, battery management systems and DC-DC converters.
Such systems are the cornerstones of the contemporary EV design and the recent victory makes Varroc one of the suppliers, who determine the further stage of the electric powertrain development.

The manufacturing will be based on the already existing facility of Varroc in Romania, which has already been in line with the international manufacturing and quality standards. This arrangement guarantees the steadiness of production and assists the organization to address the delivery schedule anticipated by the world EV stakeholders.
The supply program will last eight years providing Varroc with a long-term stance in the value chain of the customer. According to the estimated volumes, the maximum annual capacity that Varroc will have to sustain is estimated at Rs 800 crore, and that indicates the magnitude of the opportunity.
