KEC Bags Rs 1,002 Cr Contracts Across Power, Rail, Renewables

KEC International has secured fresh business worth Rs 1,002 crore, marking a strong addition to its execution pipeline.

The latest wins under KEC spans Across Power, Rail, Renewables reflect steady demand across its core infrastructure segments and reinforce its presence in both domestic and global markets.

The orders are spread across multiple verticals, led by the company’s Transmission & Distribution (T&D) business.

These include high-voltage transmission lines, substation projects, and cable-related works in India and overseas. The company has also secured supply contracts in the cables and conductors segment, covering towers, hardware, and poles, with a notable presence in the Americas.

In the renewable energy space, KEC has won a wind power project of over 100 MW in southern India. This adds to its growing clean energy portfolio and aligns with the sector’s rising momentum. The transportation segment also contributed to the order inflow, with projects focused on railway infrastructure, including automatic signaling systems.

"The prestigious HVDC order has further strengthened our India T&D order book, especially in the HVDC space. Our renewables business has expanded its presence in the Wind Energy segment with a repeat order from an existing customer. The Transportation business has reinforced its position in the technology enabled ABS segment with these orders," said Vimal Kejriwal, MD & CEO, KEC International Ltd.

The development highlights the company’s diversified business mix. By securing orders across power infrastructure, renewables, railways, and international supply markets, KEC continues to balance its growth across sectors and geographies.

These new wins strengthen the company’s order book and improve revenue visibility in the coming quarters. The consistent flow of projects across business segments positions KEC to maintain steady growth while capitalizing on opportunities in both domestic and global infrastructure markets.
