Aerolloy Technologies has signed a long-term supply agreement with Honeywell Aerospace Technologies, marking a big step for India’s advanced aerospace manufacturing.
The deal covers high-precision Titanium and Superalloy investment castings, including parts used in critical aircraft engines.
Under the agreement, Aerolloy Technologies will deliver components made through a fully integrated process. The workflow begins with in-house Titanium and Superalloy material production and continues through alloy melting, processing, and precision investment casting.
All of these stages will be carried out at the Strategic Manufacturing Technology Centre in Uttar Pradesh. This gives Honeywell a reliable single-source supply model with end-to-end visibility.

This setup boosts traceability, strengthens quality control, and builds a more resilient supply chain. It also supports long-term aerospace programs by lowering sourcing risks for complex metal parts.
Sachin Agarwal, Chairman & Managing Director of PTC Industries, said, “This agreement represents a major milestone for both Aerolloy and PTC. It reflects the trust placed in our advanced manufacturing capabilities and supports our mission to build a globally competitive ecosystem for Titanium and Superalloy aerospace components. Our collaboration with Honeywell strengthens India’s growing role in the international aerospace supply chain.”
This multi-year deal highlights India’s rise as a supplier of high-value aerospace components. It positions Aerolloy as a key partner for next-generation platforms while giving the company long-term business clarity.
With more than sixty years of experience in precision metal manufacturing, PTC Industries continues to expand its role in critical global industries, and this partnership pushes that momentum further.
