Amber Enterprises India has announced that its material subsidiary, IL JIN Electronics (India), acquired an 80% stake in Shogini Technoarts on 01 December 2025 for a total consideration of Rs 506 crore. With this transaction, Shogini now operates as a subsidiary of IL JIN and a step-down subsidiary of Amber Enterprises India.
Amber Enterprises India Limited is a prominent player in the country’s HVAC and consumer-durables manufacturing landscape. Founded in 1990 and based in Gurugram, the company has evolved from a single facility into an extensive manufacturing network across India. It functions as a key OEM and ODM partner to leading air-conditioner brands, delivering complete AC units as well as essential components such as heat exchangers, sheet-metal assemblies, motors, PCBs, and copper-based parts.
