The Resilient Journey
With immense support by director partners B.S.Patil and Sanjay Bedge, since its inception in 2016, the company has experienced consistent year-on-year growth, driven by strong collaboration with startups, SMEs, and supplier partners. Key milestones include ISO 9001 certification in 2017, importing a 5kW laser cutting machine from Germany, and starting exports to the U.S. in 2018. In 2023, the company opened a 1 lakh sq. meter facility with advanced fabrication equipment.

Robust Future Roadmap
The company plans to enhance its capabilities with robotic welding, laser tech, in-house shot blasting and painting, and EV/green energy fabrication. It also aims to upgrade its ERP system for improved process, quality, and employee management, along with launching online platforms for RFQ tracking and internal monitoring. “BSP Metatech plans to expand its manufacturing facility by two lakh square meters next year, with major projects for Indian Railways, DRDO, and Indian Defence Systems”, concludes Pravin.
