It offers a wide array of flow meters and calibrators designed on varied methodologies encompassing ranges from 1 cc/min to 2500 LPM for air and gas flow. The methodologies used include soap bubble flow (DFC1), mass flow meters (AFC2), top loading orifice flow calibrators (TLOC series), digital orifice flow calibrators (OFC series) and laminar gas flow calibrators (LGFC and AFC3).
Their latest addition are digital rotameters with digital display of flows and are available in different range options of 500cc/min to 100 LPM .
“Our low-cost flow meters DFM2 series is a portable, rechargeable battery-operated model for general applications. Our LGFC series is widely adopted as a flow calibrator by most NABL Labs. It has a choice of unit selection with ranges of 1 ccm to 100 LPM with a high accuracy of 0.5 percent of reading. We have recently introduced a digital rotameter that digitally displays flows and is available in different range options with decimal display of 0.001 for industries which want highly efficient and precise readings with ease of operations”, shares Dr Pawan K Arora, Founder & Managing Director, Polltech Instruments.
Polltech Instruments' metering solutions include pressure calibrators and meters with ranges from 25mmWC Full Scale to 10,000 PSI FS with accuracies upto 0.05 percent of FS. They attribute the reliability of their metering instruments to the use of high precision sensors which are well proven in international markets, their custom software that ensures temperature and pressure compensation for operating, STP conditions and stringent calibration procedures.
Polltech Instruments provides not just master calibrators but also the complete ecosystem needed for setting up a calibration lab with control systems for flow and pressure, for ensuring needed accuracy.
With many technical firsts in the ambient and workplace monitoring in India, like the Portable gas samplers with digital timers in 1991, the High Volume Samplers with higly accurate flow controllers in 2000, the Ambient Fine Dust Samplers for PM2.5 in 2005, they have been raising the bar for monitoring instruments.

Future Roadmap
Having developed a niche in air and gas flow meters, the company is ready to expand its specialization further, targeting the liquid and additional gas flow measurement domain next. In ambient and emission monitoring, the company is introducing new models with IOT, Wi-Fi, enhanced Lithium battery operated models, solar panel powered equipment and sensor-based methodologies.
The company is also looking forward to enhancing the scope of flow measurement in its PI calibration lab, which is an NABL and ISO 17025 – 2017 accredited lab, and move towards becoming the preferred proficiency test provider in India.
